Garden Tours
Group tours of the Gardens can be arranged on request. This scheme is designed to encourage groups and organisations, local and further afield, to become acquainted with these delightful Gardens, and to contribute to their development.
The tours are guided by members of the Friends of the Botanical Gardens.
After the tour, refreshments can be provided and cards and publications may be bought in the Classroom. This building adjoins the glasshouse section and yard at the Thompson Road end.
How to book
To book a tour for your group, please contact John Stirling on 0114 230 3147. Once you have agreed a date with John, please use the attached form to confirm the booking and provide details of your group.
There is a charge of £3 per person, payable at the time of the visit, with a minimum charge of £20.00. Cheques should be made payable to Friends of the Botanical Gardens, Sheffield (FOBS). The organiser is responsible for collecting the fees in advance and making a single payment at the time of the visit.
