Premier Artists
Each year the event hosts some of the very best artists locally, regionally and arguably from the UK! Just a few of the artists include, Trevor Neal, Kristan Baggley, Helen Parsley, Tim Rose, John Paul Cooke, Bing Jones, Gareth Watling, Yuko Sekiguchi, June Haywood, Mandie Haywood, Carol Hodgson, David Brightmore, Chris Pollard, and many more outstanding artists at the peak of their craft.
Celebrity Portrait Competition
This is an increasingly popular element of the event. Last year the celebrity was Lisa Gallager, a local weather girl, who attracted an enormous amount of interest from our budding portrait artists, and Lisa herself attended the event to judge the competition.
Previous celebrities include, Bruce Jones (aka Les Battersby), comedian and actor Bradley Walsh, 60's music legend Dave Berry, weather forecaster Paul Hudson, and much loved artist and local legend, Joe Scarborough. The celebrity for 2010 will be announced shortly.
