Where can I pick up an application form and get a discount?
You can pick up an application form from any of the below listed sports facilities and swimming pools. Meersbrook Park (Parks and Countryside Head Office), the Council's 'First Point' shop at Howden House in the city centre and Sheffield homes (details below) also provide applications:

- *Skate Central (Roller Skating Centre)

* Please note: These facilities currently do not sell the Slice Card.
