Graves Training Centre is committed to providing all our customers with competitively priced, high quality and enjoyable training in a stress free environment.
The Health & Safety First Aid Regulations 1981 ACOP L74 requires employers to make acceptable First Aid provision for their workforce. In order to comply with these regulations, Graves Training Centre provides the following courses:
4 Day HSE First Aid At Work
This course complies with the current health and safety first aid regulations 1981.
2 day HSE First Aid at Work Refresher
This course is for those who need to re-qualify for the HSE first aid at work qualification.
1 day Appointed Person - Emergency Aid
This course is designed for smaller workplaces where a risk assessment identifies few health and safety risks. The Appointed Person would take charge in an emergency until further medical help arrived.
Manual Handling
This course teaches the base movement reducing the risk of back injuries to staff and the cost of sickness to your company.
1 Day Paediatric Course
This course is designed for carers of young children who are not required to meet the requirements of OFSTED and early years care.
2 Day 12 Hour Paediatric Course
This course is designed for child carers, nannies, nursery nurses who are required to comply with early years care and OFSTED.
Emergency Life Support - Adult
This course is designed to cover emergency life support techniques, which deal only with an adult casualty.
Defibrillator Training
This course is designed to teach first aid personnel and lifeguards and use this equipment competently and with confidence.
Prices start from as little as £30.00 per person.
