Activity Sheffield is leading the City to become more Active, Healthier and Sporting.  We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service our resources will permit. 
 
To keep us on track we have a several ways of measuring how we are doing.  Below is a list of measures and our current scores compared to those of other Core Cities.

Physical Activity Attendances
 
We also record information about how many visits we have had to our activity programmes and have attended leisure centres across the City.  In recent years there has been a sharp increase in attendance due to improvements we have made in the way we record attendances.

Comments, complaints and consultation

We regularly carry out consultation with our customers, to find out what we are planning to do as part of our most recent customers surveys visit Graves Tennis and Leisure Centre, Stocksbridge Leisure Centre and Heeley Swimming Pool.  
 
Activity Sheffield also gathers comments from its customers, find out some of the key feedback and how we are planning to address this.
