Trained, Qualified Coaches

Community Sports Coaches

   
Currently Sheffield has a number of Part and Full Time Community Sports Coaches working across the city with more to follow. At present there are sports specific coaches who work Citywide in:
 
  • Swimming
  • Dance
  • Water polo
  • Older Peoples Activities
 
There are also multi-sport coaches that are based in the following areas:
 
  • Owlerton and Southey Green
  • Gleadless Valley, Lowedges, Batemoor and Jordanthorpe
  • South East of the City - Westfield, Birley, Mosborough and Handsworth

Casual Workers To Support Your Group/Club

 
If you have a sports session, playscheme or after school club and need staff cover, give us a call!
 
We have a number of casual staff on our pool at Activity Sheffield, from playworkers to sports coaches and fitness instructors. All sports coaches are level 2 qualified or above, with playworkers and multisports staff having a variety of qualifications from basic play and community sports leaders awards to NVQ level 3 Play and level 1 sports specific qualifications.
 
Our staff are fully CRB checked and inducted to work for Activity Sheffield.
 
We operate our pool throughout the year, during term time and school holidays.
 
Whether your request for staff is months in advance or last minute we will try and supply casual staff for you.
