Analysis of Feedback
The City Centre Management Team monitor complaints, compliments and service suggestions. We respond swiftly to any comments we receive and any complaints are investigated and dealt with as a matter of urgency.
Compliments are high around the times we have major city centre events and also when the hanging baskets and planters go out for the summer. Any service suggestions, especially around events are tabled at debrief meetings and taken into account when planning future events.

Listed below are just a few of your comments or suggestions regarding our service that City Centre Management have put in place.
Your Comment - "I'm scared of setting fire to the bins after stubbing my cigarette out. Smokers should have somewhere to extinguish their cigarettes safely."
Our Action - Following your comments, and a survey of city centre smokers, we installed Kwik Stubbs on city centre litterbins, and due to their success we are now in the process of fitting more.
Your Comment - "I really enjoyed the Seniors' Winter Garden Waltz. Can you please organise another one but make more tickets available to liven up the atmosphere?"
Our Action - We organised another Waltz around Valentine's Day and doubled the amount of tickets available, making the evening a huge success.
Your Comment - "I entered the Sheffield in Bloom competition. I put a lot of effort into it and no-one came to look at my garden, and I was very disappointed. Can you please come and look next time rather than 'desk-top' judging."
Our Action - Quite a few people commented about this and we now go to look at every entrant's garden.
