The SCCP Charter is signed both by the Director of Strategic & City Centre services Michael Crofts of Sheffield City Council and Chief Superintendent Paul Broadbent of South Yorkshire Police. This charter was signed to show the commitment of both parties in this partnership to deliver a quality service for Sheffield city centre.
