We are now able to answer queries and offer services, such as providing you with a Libraries PIN Number, via our online forms.

you feel that you have received a good service from us or there is one particular part of a service that you likeyou would like to suggest ways in which we can improve our service
you are particularly unhappy with the way a member of staff helped you, or with a service you have received

- Our buying teams are always interested to hear your suggestions for books and other materials that you would like to be able to borrow from your library. If you have any suggestions for items that you would like us to purchase, please complete our online purchasing suggestions form.
- If you would like to obtain a PIN number to fully access our online services (including ordering, reserving and renewing books) please complete our PIN request form.
We will always try to answer your queries as quickly as possible, following the guidelines of the council's Customer Charter.
