Lost or stolen library cards
If you lose your library card/smartcard or have it stolen, please inform us as soon as possible and we will ensure that your card cannot be used by anyone else.
Please telephone 0114 273 4712 or e-mail centrallending.library@sheffield.gov.uk or contact any local library to notify us and to get further advice.
You would then need to call into any library of your choice to collect your replacement card - there may be a small charge for this.
Current charges:
- Adults - 50p
- Children and young people under 18 years of age - free
