Concessions
If, on your library Enrolment Form, you said you belonged to one of the following groups, you may be entitled to concessions and exemptions on some library charges:
Books, periodicals and Talking Books - People with disabilities and people under 18 years of age are exempt from overdue charges.
Compact Discs (CD's) - Visually impaired people are exempt from overdue charges.
DVD/Video feature and music - Visually impaired people can borrow free of charge.
DVD/Video non fiction - People with disabilities and people under 18 years of age are exempt from overdue charges.
