Chatterbooks Reading Groups
Orange Chatterbooks is the first nationally co-ordinated reading group scheme for children, delivered through a partnership between The Reading Agency and Orange. There are now more than 5,000 children attending over 300 Chatterbooks reading groups in 130 library authorities across the UK.
- Are you aged between 8 and 12?
- Do you like reading and talking about books?
If so, then come along to one of our Chatterbooks Reading Groups and join in the fun.
Chatterbooks groups meet at the following libraries:
This group meet the 1st Monday of the month 4-5pm

This group meets: 3rd Tuesday in the month 3.45-5pm (Chatterbooks Reading Group for children aged 9-11 years)
1st Wed in the month 4-5pm (Talking Books - a book group for young people aged 11-13 years)
3rd Wed in the month 4-5pm (Bookchat - a reading group for young people aged 11-13 years)
