On Friday 5 December, at various local cafe's around the city we left FREE Quick Read books to be picked up.
Local cafes in the following areas took part in this one off event:
- Burngreave area including Wicker Cafe
- Crystal Peaks area including O'Briens, Lee's Takeaway, and Snaxx in Crystal Peaks Shopping Mall
- Darnall area including Teasmaid
- Ecclesfield area including Levertons on the High Street
- Firth Park Area including Firth Park Childrens Centre Cafe, Soowes Cafe, Lane Top
- Park area
- Tinsley area including Tinsley Green Community Cafe
- Southey area including Four Greens Community Cafe
- Stocksbridge area
- Upperthorpe area including Zest Cafe, and Upperthorpe Cafe
- Woodhouse area
- ... and in the markets area of Sheffield City Centre including Wilkinson's, Sheffield Pensioners Action Group, Gallery Cafe
