Directories
Many of the national, general and specialised directories have geographical sections, but in addition, we hold directories specific to the Yorkshire Region.
- D&B Business Register South Yorkshire and Humberside - Arranged by county and town. A typical company entry will give contact details, directors, profit and loss, net worth, number of employees and a risk indicator.
- Yorkshire and Humber Chambers of Commerce Directory - Contact details for members of the Barnsley, Doncaster, Leeds, Rotherham, Sheffield and York Chambers of Commerce

Annual Reports
Printed copies of annual reports for local public limited companies, eg Henry Boot PLC, SIG PLC, Sheffield Wednesday PLC. We are currently in the process of adding these onto the library catalogue, but there is also a list of these in Reference and Information.
FAME
The FAME database has detailed company reports for over 2.6 million UK companies, including those in Sheffield and the region, eg Henry Boot PLC, SIG PLC, Sheffield Wednesday PLC.
Company websites may also include their annual reports.
Mailing Lists
Using the FAME and KOMPASS databases we can create mailing lists to specific criteria such as location, number of employees, turnover, executives, products etc.
The databases are available for use within the library free of charge. Charges are made for printouts and downloads at 20p per page for a company report, or from £5 for lists.
Local Business Support Agencies
Information is available from a range of business support agencies. Some information is available in leaflet format and others are web based or reference items.
