Sorby Natural History Collection
Sorby Natural History Society was founded in 1918 and is still active, studying all branches of natural history (including microscopy and geology) within the City of Sheffield and surrounding area.
The Business, Science and Technology Library holds the collection of approximately 340 books and journals belonging to the society, which can be borrowed by it's members on presentation of membership ID and can also be accessed by members of the public for reference only.
