Use xreferplus - A giant online reference library providing free 24/7 access to a selection of reference books, including encyclopaedias, dictionaries and thesauri. Subjects cover a wide range and include Collins Dictionary of Business, Collins Dictionary of Economics, The Penguin Business Dictionary, The Penguin Dictionary of Economics, Business Spanish Dictionary, Collins German Dictionary, Collins French Dictionary. Other areas covered include art, science, law, technology and geography.
Use KnowUK and NewsUK - two online reference libraries providing free access to over 100 reference books and a variety of national and local newspapers. Books include Willings Press Guide, Good Food Guide, Financial Times World Desk Reference, Public Bodies, Law Societies Directory of Solicitors, Social Trends, Regional Trends, various Which? guides. Newspapers include the Daily Mail, Financial Times, The Guardian, The Sun, The Independent, The Daily Telegraph, The Times, Scotsman, and their Sunday equivalents. Also a selection of regional newspapers including the Sheffield Star, Manchester Evening News and London Evening Standard.
