The Children and Young People’s Service (CYPS) is led by Dr Sonia Sharp, Executive Director, Children and Young People. Together with the Lead Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, also a statutorily designated position, they lead the provision of services for children and young people working within a partnership framework overseen by the 0 -19 Partnership Board.
