Sheffield - where everyone matters

Revenue Grants Fund

Revenue Grants are offered on a year on year basis to support voluntary organisations across the city that provide services to benefit the people of Sheffield. We are currently supporting around 60 different organisations.

The Revenue Grants Fund is currently committed to supporting a number of organisations on a year on year basis and is not open for new applications.  You can find out more about the organisations awarded grants in 2010-11 and 2009-10 from the downloadable documents at the bottom of this page. To find out about the organisations that were supported in Sheffield in 2008-09 and what they provided with the money take a look at the Revenue Grants Fund Annual Report 2008-09.

Volunteering opportunities

Many of the voluntary and community sector organisations we support rely on the input of volunteers. Volunteering can be an exciting way of getting involved in new activities and experiences as well as making an important contribution to the lives of others. Out of pocket expenses are usually reimbursed and appropriate training is provided. You can find out about current volunteering opportunities by contacting the Volunteer Centre at Voluntary Action Sheffield for more information.
