Community Buildings Team
We recognise that community buildings play an important role in the life of every neighbourhood and so we have adopted a strategy that provides a vision for the development of the community buildings we own throughout the city over the next few years. You can download a copy of this strategy document from the bottom of this page.
Our Community Buildings Team is responsible for managing a number of the buildings we own and provides support for voluntary and community groups involved in managing community buildings. We are developing work within priority neighbourhoods to try and resolve some of the problems of community buildings, such as under use, poor condition and inconsistent management. The downloadable documents at the bottom of this page tell you more about the approach of our Community Buildings Team and provide information about the community buildings that we manage.
