Customer Charter and Feedback
Both the Home Ownership Team and the Leasehold Management Team are very focused on delivering high customer service and have produced a Customer Charter to let you know the standards of service you can expect from us.
Each Customer Charter will include:
- Our promises to you – we will tell you what we will do for you while you are going through the Right to Buy process or while you are a Leaseholder.
- How we will keep you informed while you are buying your home or of any work that will be done to your property.
- How we will keep to the standards we have made.
- How we will let you know how we are keeping to these standards.
- How to contact us and let us know how we are doing.
You can download a full copy of each of the Customer Charters below. These Customer Charters are for the Right to Buy process or Leaseholders only. They are something that we have agreed to do with and for you. As well as these charters we also have to follow the Council Customer Charter.
Feedback
We are always happy to hear from you with comments, suggestions, compliments or complaints and for you to let us know how we are doing against the standards we set. You can give us your feedback by contacting the Home Ownership Team or the Leasehold Management Team or completing a Tell us What You Think form.
Questionnaires
As well as the options above you will also be able to complete a questionnaire about your Right to Buy. This will be sent to you once you have completed your sale and will ask you your thoughts on the Right to Buy process and any comments you would like to make.
As a Leaseholder you will also be given a questionnaire to complete. This will ask you about the service you receive and the standard of the service.
