Right to Buy and Leaseholder Services

The Right to Buy Team, or Home Ownership Team as we are also known, and the Leasehold Management Team work closely together but deal with two very different aspects of buying and owning council properties.

 

 

The Home Ownership Team deal with your application for buying your council property. We check that you qualify for the Right to Buy, arrange for your property to be valued and plans be drawn up. The Leasehold Management Team deal with everyone that owns an ex council flat or maisonette. We calculate and send out your bills for service charges, major works and insurance. If you have any problems after you have bought your flat or maisonette then you need to contact the Leasehold Management Team, who can help with any queries you have.
