Sheffield Landlord Trade Fair
The last free to attend event took place in October 2008 at Don Valley Stadium, Attercliffe.
It was open to Responsible Landlord Scheme members, any other landlords in the area, as well as people interested in the private rented / buy-to-let market.
What happened at the event
There were a variety of stands, including:
- The Sheffield Responsible Landlord Scheme
- South Yorkshire Fire Service
- Corgi gas (now the Gas Safe Register)
- NICEIC electrical safety
- Financial Advisors
- Solicitors
- Letting agents
- Insurance companies
- Fire detection equipment suppliers
- The Deposit Protection Service
- Local Housing Allowance
and other organisations and related companies working in the sector.
2009-2010
There are no plans for a Trade Fair this year, but we are hoping to organise one during 2010.
