Sheffield Landlord Trade Fair 9 October 2008
Following the success of the first annual Sheffield city wide Landlord Trade Fair in June 2007, we have now organised the 2008 event.
The free to attend event is due to take place on Thursday 9 October 2008 at Don Valley Stadium, 1pm to 7pm. There is also free parking on site.
It is open to Responsible Landlord Scheme members, any other landlords in the area, as well as people interested in the private rented / buy-to-let market.
What will be happeneing at the event
There will be a variety of stands, including:
- The Sheffield Responsible Landlord Scheme
- South Yorkshire Fire Service
- Corgi gas
- NICEIC electrical safety
- Financial Advisors / mortgage companies
- Solicitors
- Letting agents
- Insurance companies
- Fire detection equipment suppliers
and other organisations and related companies working in the sector.
There will be 2 seminar rooms, free to attend, during the day on subjects such as housing law, tax and raising finance.
There will be a catering stand/ bottle bar available for you to purchase food and drink on the day.
The first event last year had about 350 people through the door for the 38 stands. We are hoping to build on that at this years event.
