Tenant Drop in sessions
Tenant drop-in sessions are held in various locations across Sheffield to give tenants easier access to our service. The service is free and all tenants of private rented properties are welcome to attend.
Aim of the sessions
Our tenant drop in sessions aim to:
- Advise tenants of their housing rights and take action to improve housing conditions of private rented properties in the area. This is dependant upon the seriousness of the disrepair and the problems you may have in getting your landlord to do repairs.
- Raise the profile of the Private Rented Project team and more generally the work of Private Rented Standards.
- Provide advice and signpost if appropriate to other agencies.
