- Signpost where appropriate to other specialist council services or associated organisations such as the Sheffield and District Landlord Association.
- Provide information about the Responsible Landlord Scheme and its range of membership benefits.
- Provide access to the Landlords for Excellence course
Tenant drop in sessions aim to:
- Advise tenants of their housing rights and take action to improve housing conditions of private rented properties in the area. This is dependant upon the seriousness of the disrepair and the problems you may have in getting your landlord to do repairs.

- Provide advice and signpost if appropriate to other agencies.
