Housing Aid Services
Our Housing Advice Service provides specialist housing advice on most housing issues, particularly those affecting private and Housing Association tenants, and owner-occupiers. We can advise you on your rights, and may help you to take legal action if necessary. Issues we can help with include:-
- Security of tenure
- Possession proceedings
- Disrepair
- Housing benefit
- Rehousing
- Homelessness
- Harassment and illegal eviction
Our Tenancy Relations Officer is also based in Housing Aid and can provide advice and take legal action on issues about unlawful eviction and harassment of private tenants
