Are you in urgent housing need?

Sheffield City Council can provide a range of services for people who are in urgent housing need.
 
By urgent housing need, we mean:
 
  • You have no where to live
  • You cannot reach basic amenities in your home due to severe mobility problems
  • You need to move to receive daily care from someone, or they need to move to care for you
  • You are at risk of domestic abuse in your home
  • You cannot leave hospital because you have nowhere suitable to live
  • You are 16 or 17 and cannot return home
  • You are under 21 and a care leaver with nowhere to stay
  • You have a learning disability and require advice about independent living'

Please Note: Where you are threatened with homelessness we will always try and prevent this as a first course of action.
