Alternatively, full details of the qualifying benefits & credits are shown on the Warm Front web site www.eaga.co.uk/Grants/warm_front.htm.  You can apply online by completing the Warm Front application form.

Once the Warm Front Team receive your application, the Home Energy Advisor will contact you to arrange a time to visit your home. He or she will check your eligibility, assess your property and recommend the best possible package of works from the Warm Front scheme to meet your needs. The work will be organised through  Warm Front, using specialist firms depending on what work is agreed. As long as you remain eligible, and there is still some of the grant left for your home, you can apply again in the future for extra Warm Front work if you need further heating or insulation work.

Save 'n' Warm
While not everyone qualifies for a Warm Front grant, everyone can benefit from reduced prices for home insulation with the South Yorkshire Energy Efficiency Advice Centre (SYEEAC).

The Save 'n' Warm scheme offers free cavity wall insulation and loft insulation if you or anyone in your household is on a qualifying benefit. If you're not on benefits you can still access cheaper prices for insulation through the SYEEAC. All householders living within the administrative boundaries of Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield Councils are eligible regardless of their circumstances.

To register interest in the scheme call the SYEEAC on freephone 0800 512012 or 01302 737053 or email: savenwarm@doncaster.gov.uk
