Anti-Social Behaviour Policy & Procedures
The Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 placed a duty on Local Authority housing departments and Registered Social Landlords to publish their policies and procedures for tackling anti-social behaviour.
The Neighbourhoods Directorate of Sheffield City Council has particular responsibilities as the landlord for council tenants and Sheffield Homes is the organisation responsible for managing council housing throughout the city.
