Sheffield Safer Communities Partnership
Sheffield City Council and South Yorkshire Police are the joint lead-agencies on the city’s ‘Safer Communities Partnership’ - a multi-agency response to reducing crime, tackling anti-social behaviour, tackling problems caused by substance misuse, ensuring people feel safe and have confidence in the criminal justice system.
The Partnership has five priorities in its current ‘Safer Communities Strategy’:
- Anti-social behaviour
- Burglary
- Substance Misuse
- Vehicle crime
- Violent Crime
There are more details on all of these and information on activities and campaigns on the Sheffield Safer Communities Partnership website.
