The maximum weekly Local Housing Allowance rates for Sheffield for December 2008 are below. The calendar monthly figure is shown in brackets.
There is a restriction for claimants who are under 25 years old, are single and do not have any dependents as they can only get the LHA shared accommodation rate. The restriction does not apply if a claimant is over 25 years.
- Shared accommodation - £55.00 (£238.33)
- 1 Bedroom accommodation - £92.31 (£400.01)
- 2 Bedroom accommodation - £114.23 (£495.00)
- 3 Bedroom accommodation - £121.15 (£524.98)
- 4 Bedroom accommodation - £155.77 (£675.00)
- 5 Bedroom accommodation - £196.15 (£849.98)
