Rag-and-Bone – a site specifically for offering your bulky items for re-use by someone else who can make good use of them. A better alternative to disposing of unwanted large and bulky household items that still have plenty of life left in them.
Cot-age Child Safety – this local registered charity refurbishes donated nursery equipment (cots, buggies, highchairs etc) for redistribution to families in need. In order to support its activities it also manufactures wooden items for sale, created from timber reclaimed from local industry (eg bird boxes). if you have any nursery equipment which you would like to donate please contact them on 0114 279 7971.
