Black Bins

Your black wheeled bin is provided for the collection of general household waste.  Your bin should be presented at the kerbside for collection by 7:00am with the lid closed (unless you have an assisted collection).  If your bin is not at the kerbside your bin cannot be emptied.

 

Please do not overload your bin as if the bin is too heavy it may not be emptied.  You then will be asked to lighten the content of the bin.

 

A full refuse collection service will be made on bank holidays with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, full arrangements will be publicised at the time

 

If you live in a flat/apartment your waste collection arrangements may differ.

 

 

If any of your bins gets damaged or stolen and you need it repaired or replacing, contact our Call Centre on 273 4567 and press 1 to be connected to the Veolia Call Centre.  They will take your details and arrange for the bin to be repaired or replaced.
