When is Bin Day?

You can find out when your bin is due to be emptied by checking out the Veolia website. 

 

You will be able to enter your postcode to find out the collection days for your black, blue or green bin.

 

 

If the bin collectors have missed your bin and it was out in time for collection, telephone our call centre number – 273 4567 – and press 1 to be connected to the Veolia Call Centre.  They will take your complaint and details and inform you as to when you can expect your bin to be emptied.  This should be within one Working Day of the bin being missed.
