Suitability of Licensed Premises in respect of Public Safety

In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, the Council works alongside the Fire and Police Authorities in Sheffield, as a 'responsible authority' ensuring that requirements for public safety are met when applications for premises licences are being considered.
