Help with Collections

The Assisted Collection service is provided for householders who are unable to take their bin to the kerbside because of disability or ill health.  Special arrangements are made for the refuse collectors to wheel your bin out for collection and then return it after it has been emptied.

 

To apply for an Assisted Collection service you can either:

 

a) fill in the on-line form for assisted collections- or

 

b)  by contacting VEOLIA by telephone on: (0114) 27 34567

VEOLIA will send you a simple form to fill in.  If you think you will have any difficulties in completing this form, please inform the Call Centre agent at the time of your call, so alternative arrangements can be made.

 

Your completed form should be returned to :

 

 

Whichever option you choose to apply you will be informed of our decision by letter.  If you have qualified you will receive a full assisted collection service five days after receipt of your confirmation letter.
