Bespoke Training & Development
A range of training and development interventions are offered which can be tailored to meet specific needs within individual schools. Learning outcomes can be aligned to measurable performance indicators, the Every Child Matters Agenda and the Common Core of Skills & knowledge. These activities should contribute to achieving actions on your school improvements plans and provide evidence for self-evaluation forms.
Elements from the development activities can be drawn together to form a full day’s training event. These activities can be delivered in school and includes all materials and handouts.
A Training & Development Officer will visit the school before the event to discuss learning outcomes, course content, literature and links to school policies if appropriate.

- Coaching and mentoring
- Equal opportunities and diversity training
- Assertiveness at work
- Lunchtime Supervisor Training – can be designed with emphasis on particular aspects e.g. role and context, safeguarding and child protection, behaviour management & positive play
The TDA Induction/Introductory Modules for school support staff can also be delivered in-house
