The School Catering Contract

We work in partnership with Chartwells, the school meals catering contractor for Sheffield, providing on average 23,000 meals a day to 75% of the city’s schools. As part of the Catering Contract managed by Contract Services, Chartwells is required to work within a series of specifications for food standards and quality. Areas covered by the specifications include: -

 

 

The school meals catering contract is also covered by a national framework of legislation alongside our own standards and policies.
