Listed below are some of the comments we have received from our customers. Importantly, we have shown how we have reacted to your comments.

You said	I would like some regular moderation meetings with other practitioners.
We did	Introduced Swop Shops which allows practitioners the opportunity to engage with each other.

You said	I would like Foundation meetings to stay at Hartley Brook school between 4.30pm – 5.30pm.
We did	Foundation meetings have been scheduled on a termly basis at Hartley Brook School.

You said	Could we have the opportunity for training/CPD at coordinators’ meetings?
We did	We schedule 30 minutes at each meeting to share good practice.

You said	I didn’t know this meeting was taking place because I have not had a mailing – I was told by a friend.
We did	We now ensure that in addition to emailing the dates of our meetings, a hard copy letter is sent to all relevant parties. We also publicise the dates of our meetings on our website – please visit the training dates page.

You said	We would like to be informed with all the new initiatives, publications etc.
We did	A copy of the Curriculum Newsletter is sent to all schools – The Newsletter is also available on our website.

You said	Discussions about FS practice and play-based curriculum.
We did	An Early Years themed room has been created, Room 131 in the Bannerdale Centre. This is a designated room for colleagues to discuss practices.
