What is the Privacy Notice?
When you access early years services you may give us certain information about you and your family. With your consent this information may then be shared with partner agencies to ensure you are getting all the services and support you are entitled to.
To ensure the privacy of your information and to let you know about your information rights as well as how your information may be used, we have produced some documents so you can find out more. These documents are called 'Privacy Notices' and can be downloaded by following the links below.
In processing any information the council complies with the Data Protection Act 1998, more information about this can be obtained from the Information Commissioners website.
How can I find out more?
- If you have children under 5 years old or are expecting a baby (and access Sure Start Children's Centre Services or NHS Children's and Maternity Services)
- If your child attends a local Early Years Setting or Children's Centre
