Consultation and Customer Feedback

Consultation provides an opportunity for EYEC to listen to the views of its customers. It is a process of seeking information and advice from individuals or groups.  They may not be representative of the population as a whole, but they will usually have clear views about the issues under consideration.
 
Consultation comes in lots of different shapes and sizes.  It can be internal (involving staff) or external (involving any number of different individuals and organisations).  It can be wide spread (inviting responses from the public at large) or narrowly focused (just aimed at the users of a particular service). 
 
Consultation can help us to:
 
·         Use our resources in the best way possible
·         Deliver the right services
·         Deliver services to the right people, in the right way and at the right time
