EMTAS Services to the CSA
Services Provided to the Children's Services Authority
The Ethnic Minority and Traveller Achievement Service (EMTAS) provides the following services for minority ethnic and traveller children and young people in Sheffield schools:
- Meet the requirements of the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) in the deployment of the Standards Fund Grant allocation
- Establish a consultation process with the communities and other stakeholders
- Collect, collate, analyse and disseminate attainment data for minority ethnic and traveller pupils
- Provide information and advice to schools
