Capacity Planning & Development Service is also involved in a variety of projects aimed at improving services for the local community. These include transformational projects to serve the community and joint working initiatives between the council, community, statutory agencies and local service providers.

101 is the non-emergency number for people across Sheffield to phone and report anti-social behaviour. The City Council and South Yorkshire Police are working with the Home Office to run this successful pilot scheme in the city.
Phone 101 to report the following:
- Vandalism and graffiti
- Noisy neighbours and loud parties
- Threatening and abusive behaviour
- Abandoned vehicles, dumping and fly-tipping
- Drunk and rowdy behaviour
- Drug-related anti-social behaviour
- Broken street lighting
