Every Child Matters Consultation 2007

Sheffield City Council is working in partnership with the National Foundation of Education Research (NFER) to consult with 10,000 children and young people in the city about issues that affect them. The questionnaire will be accessed via a secure area on Sheffield City Council’s website to make sure nobody can see your child’s answers. The survey will be completed at school in November or early December.

 

Attached at the bottom of this page is the Primary questionnaire (for Year 2 and Year 5 children) and the questionnaires for Year 7 and Year 10 students.
