School Budgets 2008-11
2008-09 Budgets for schools funded by Sheffield City Council were published on 4th March 2008. Key summary budget files may be downloaded from the foot of this page. More detailed downloadable spreadsheets showing the calculation of some of the more complex elements of school funding allocations are also available on this site, as are initial estimates for financial years 2009-10 and 2010-11.
To ensure that the downloadable school budget Excel spreadsheets work on your computer, please follow this procedure:
- Save the selected spreadsheet file on your computer
- When loading the spreadsheet
- say "yes" to enable macros to run
- say "no" to updating links to other files
- Select the down-pointing arrow to the right of the school-name box to find the school you wish to look at.
Note: if the school-name selection box does not work on your computer, please ensure that your Microsoft Excel security level is set to "medium", which will allow the necessary macros to function. To do this please select the following commands in Excel, and then reload the spreadsheet:
- Tools
- Macros
- Security
- Security Level
- Medium
- OK
