SEN Home-to-school transport: the first day
What happens on the first day?
The Education Transport Section will have notified you of an approximate pick
up time but it would be helpful if you could have your child ready before this,
until the actual times have been established. Escorts are given information
about the children and their specific needs by the Education Transport Section,
but you should ensure that the escort is fully aware of your child's medical
condition and behaviour and how best to deal with any problems. Any complex
instructions should be given in writing so that they may be kept on the vehicle
at all times.
