Complaints procedures
If you feel that you have a grievance or would like to comment on the treatment you have received from the education system there are procedures that you should follow in order to make your voice heard.
The exact procedure is determined by whom you wish to complain about i.e. Nursery/YCC, Schools or Children and Young People's Directorate.
