How to get a replacement Examination Certificate
Please read carefully the information on the Assessment and Qualifications Alliance website (AQA). A downloadable document in PDF format about obtaining a replacement certificate and statements of results can be found at the AQA website.
Replacement Certificates will only be issued if they have been destroyed for instance by fire, theft or flood and application for replacements will have to be supported by documentary evidence such as an insurance claim, fire or police report.
If the original certificates have been lost, mislaid or were not collected, AQA can issue a statement of results. They can also despatch a confirmation of results to a third party such as a public or professional body, service authority, university, college or prospective employer.
A charge is made for all these services.
