Results of Questionnaires
Customer Questionnaire
We send out annual questionnaires to a sample of our customers.
We ask a range of questions relating to specific areas of our service and a general question about overall satisfaction.
We asked our customers "Overall, how satisfied were you with the service you received, in particular with reference to the speed and accuracy of your assessment and the contact you had with the team?"
43% of customers were very satisfied
56% of customers were satisfied
1% of customers were dissatisfied (this was in regard to the Student Finance system/rules)
0% of customers were very dissatisfied
The percentage of respondants who were satisfied or very satisfied with our service has increased from 93.5% to 99% in the last year,
We remain committed to listening to our customers and making changes accordingly.
In particular we are looking carefully at the expressions of dissatisfaction with the aim of ensuring that all students are satisfied or very satisfied with our service in the future.
We regularly receive positive comments from customers both through the questionnaire and on a day to day basis.

Disabled Student Questionnaire
We have been sending out a Disabled Student Questionnaire during the 2007/8 academic year. We are waiting for the end of the academic year before we analyse the results, in order to give an accurate result.
We will publish the findings in August 2008.
