We strive to provide the best possible service and it is extremely rewarding when this is recognised and you take the trouble to tell us how satisfied you are.

In addition to these, we received compliments over the telephone and face to face at our reception point.
Analysis of the comments made shows that customers appreciate our "helpfulness" above all. The results of our annual customer questionnaire also show that customers rate us highly on helpfulness.
